How many guests can REIGN seat?
REIGN seats up to 120 guests across 3,000+ sq ft of flexible space, with 120 clear Chiavari chairs and a mix of round, rectangle, and high-top tables included.
What's included in every rental?
Every package includes tables and chairs, setup and breakdown of REIGN-provided items, Wi-Fi, projector, speakers with wired and wireless mics, refrigerator access, the stage, VIP room, serving room, back patio, and two restrooms — plus free street and off-street parking.
How does the rental time work?
Rentals come in 6- and 12-hour blocks, and time is all-inclusive — your setup, event, and breakdown all happen within the booked hours. Need more time? Early access and late teardown are available as add-ons.
Can I bring my own caterer and décor?
Yes — REIGN is a true blank canvas. You bring your own caterer, décor, and vision, and the space adapts to you. Prefer it handled for you? Our Platinum tier and Luxe bundles bring the full look without the setup.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes. If you're serving alcohol, a licensed bartender, an ABC banquet license, and a certificate of insurance are due 14 days before your event. Our team will walk you through exactly what you need.
Is there a deposit?
